Gratitude is more like having a sense of thankfulness and the feeling is from within. Being thankful to one is considered as the prime quality about a human. Gratitude is not only a word, it's a feeling!  A feeling of Appreciation for the good that we receive in life. Cicero wrote “ Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but also the parent of all the others. ”  The small little things that we have in our lives should be valued, whether it be the place where we live, the food we eat, the water we drink or the people who are with us and around us. The Art of Kathak

One of the major and finest Indian classical dance , different from the other Indian classical dance forms, originated from the travelling bards of ancient North India referred as the Kathakkars or the storyteller. The Kathakkars (storytellers) would travel from village to village and kingdom to kingdom spreading their art. The yin " shadow " and yang " light " Basically, the symbol represents the Taoist philosophy(6th century BC) and it is not religious but based on the observations of nature. Lord Shiva

Lord Shiva is conceived in his unborn, invisible form as the Shiva   Lingam . The Lingam represents the male creative energy of Shiva. Om

ॐ  (Om) one of the most important spiritual symbols. ॐ by Madmandalic A standard utterance at the beginning of mantras, chants or citations taken from the Vedas . Om is a matrix of all sounds, when in its diversified form gives rise to all words used in language. The physical form of Lord Ganesha is said to be that of OM. It also unites us as a group.  When we sound om together, we’re aligning body or mind or spirit, we’re aligning with one another, we’re aligning with the universe because it’s the sound of the universe and we’re referencing something real.
